Amateur Theatre for Whitwell and beyond
This is the home page for the Whitwell Players - an amateur theatre production company based in Whitwell, Hertfordshire, UK. We normally put on a pantomime at Christmas time, a play in April/May and an entertainment in September/October.
Our most recent production was "A Christmas Carol" by Charles Dickens, adapted by John Mortimer. Show dates were 8th, 9th and 10th December 2005.
Next production will be "The Pocket Dream" by Elly Brewer and Sandi Toksvig (for a review, click here). Auditions on 19th (4pm) and 20th (8pm) February in the Village Hall. Rehearsals will start on 20th February. The show will be on 1st, 2nd and 3rd June 2006.
